With an artistic flair and a background in graphic design Conrad knows what looks good and how to achieve it. Years of experience and a constant desire to learn and improve has resulted in a continual increase in the quality of work and results delivered. Attention to detail has always been at the core of how he operates which suits lawn and garden work nicely as he is known for paying attention to the smaller things that really help lift the standard of a job.

Business Manager

Melanie has a long history of working in the legal and financial industries. Well equipped to organise and manage all things financial and business in nature she has been an integral part in the growth and management of the business. Somehow Melanie also finds time to run her own successful small business - Cheque Mate Accounts.

Admin Officer

Highly organized and logical, Devon brings strong planning and problem solving skills to every task. He enjoys creating efficient systems and finding practical solutions, whether managing projects, coordinating details, or keeping things running smoothly. Outside of work, he likes board games and painting with watercolours, hobbies that reflect his thoughtful, balanced approach to both work and life.

A Japanese mate who is quickly becoming a turf fanatic in the land down under. Driven by genuine passion, he continues to study and refine his skills even outside of work, applying what he learns directly to his day-to-day responsibilities. His hands-on approach and dedication are already making a positive impact. He is currently advancing his expertise in spraying and turf management, with a clear focus on growing into a highly skilled professional in the field.

Reliable and down-to-earth, Steve brings over 30 years of hands-on experience as a tradie, with a genuine passion for creating outdoor spaces that people can truly enjoy. He takes pride in his craftsmanship and has a keen eye for detail, treating every project as if it were his own. Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to quality, he won’t walk away from a job until he’s completely satisfied with the result.

Outside of work he enjoys making the most of the outdoors through travel, camping, and 4WD adventures along the beach, as well as unwinding with a round of golf.
