Our small business is growing and we’re searching for the right people to join our team. If you enjoy the outdoors and being active, using the latest lithium power equipment and want great job satisfaction in seeing a job well done, then read on!

We aim to provide a high level of service and employees receive training to facilitate this. No prior industry experience is necessary. Basic training starts with correct and safe equipment operation and progresses through to pruning techniques, pest identification and corrective product applications.

What’s Involved

Active, hands-on work. Our crews spend most of the day outdoors, often covering 15,000 to 25,000 steps. It’s rewarding, physical work where you can see the results of your effort.

Initiative matters. We often work in small teams with limited supervision. Success in this role comes from being proactive, identifying what needs to be done and finding solutions, rather than waiting for direction.

A commitment to learning. The more our gardeners know, the more value they bring to our clients. We look for people who want to keep building their knowledge and skills in lawn and garden care.

If you prefer light work, constant supervision, or feel there’s nothing new to learn about gardening, this probably isn’t the right fit.
